Blayze has a rare critical heart condition called Tetralogy of Fallot with MAPCAS. He has quite the personality despite all of his struggles. He spent 10 days at SLCH when he was born and then he got to come home. Now he’s back in the hospital with respiratory distress. He’s overcome so much already he is our little heart warrior! 💙❤️
