Lilian and Violet are identical twin girls! They’ve had a very rough start with being diagnosed with TTTS (twin to twin syndrome) at 22 weeks. We had to have an emergency surgery that same week in hopes to save our girls. Prognosis wasn’t in our favor. Fast forward to 27 weeks both girls were born …
