Lyrah is a beautiful strong heart warrior. In December she was diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy, the left side of her heart is enlarged and not pumping effectively. She is stable on meds but will eventually need a heart transplant. Throughout all of this she has stayed happy and strong. I couldn't have asked for a better daughter!
